The elementary learning journal (or diary, or record book) is one of the three "Tools of Responsibility" introduced on AMI elementary teacher trainings.  Each elementary child is expected to keep a record of his or her work.  But the learning journal, thoughtfully implemented, is much more than a branch of record keeping.  Join Elise Huneke-Stone to find out more about how to turn this Montessori tradition into a lively, integrated part of every child's elementary experience.  This workshop is designed for elementary trained teachers, and draws on both academic research and Elise's clasasroom experience.

*This is an Oregon Registry program.  Participants will receive a 2 hour certificate.
